# Quickstart

Use this guide to go from a fresh OrcaPulse account to a working first workflow.

## Before you start

- Define your primary lead source and the first channel you want to launch.
- Choose the first execution path you want to launch.
- Prepare the key qualification prompts you want OrcaPulse to use.
- Identify which CRM sync, webhook sync, or follow-up step should happen after qualification.

## Your first 10 minutes

1. Minute 0-2: Sign in to app.orcapulse.ai and confirm you have the access needed to edit workflows and integrations.
2. Minute 2-4: Connect one inbound channel or integration first instead of trying to launch every source at once.
3. Minute 4-6: Add the most important qualification prompts for intent and fit.
4. Minute 6-8: Build the first real sequence of steps, including wait, CRM sync, webhook sync, or messaging actions as needed.
5. Minute 8-10: Test the full workflow with real sample messages before launch.

## Create the workflow

In the current product, the workflow is the main unit of execution. Start with a small workflow, a clear name, and only the steps you actually need for version one.

## Connect channels

Start with the channel that already brings the highest-quality inbound demand. Keep the first launch narrow so testing is easier.

- Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok, or web forms
- Channel-specific lead capture rules
- Entry copy and response tone
- Connection readiness for the steps you plan to use

## Build the qualification flow

Your first qualification flow should be simple, explicit, and easy for your team to review.

- Ask only the most important questions first.
- Capture lead intent and business fit.
- Decide what should trigger the next workflow step.
- Keep the first logic simple so it is easy to test and refine.

## Route and notify

Once qualification is complete, make sure OrcaPulse pushes the result into the next real workflow action.

- Update CRMs
- Send webhook events
- Trigger WhatsApp, SMS, or email follow-up steps
- Use AI call where that setup is available
- Add wait steps between actions when timing matters

## Test before launch

Run sample conversations across your connected channel and confirm each path behaves correctly.

- High-intent test
- Low-intent test
- Missing-information test
- Step execution test
- CRM or webhook delivery test

## Team onboarding

Before launch, make sure the people operating the workflow understand the step order, integrations, and test expectations.

## Next steps

After Quickstart, continue refining the workflow, qualification logic, integrations, and real execution testing.
