Setup guide

Follow these steps to connect Bitrix24 to your OrcaPulse account:

1. Create a Bitrix24 webhook. In your Bitrix24 account, navigate to Developer Resources or Applications and create an inbound webhook with CRM scope permissions.
2. Copy the webhook URL. Copy the generated webhook URL. It will look like https://your-domain.bitrix24.com/rest/1/your-webhook-key/ and includes authentication.
3. Connect in OrcaPulse. Open Integrations in OrcaPulse, choose Bitrix24, and enter the Bitrix webhook URL in the setup flow.
4. Configure CRM mapping. Set up field mapping between OrcaPulse lead attributes and Bitrix24 CRM lead or deal fields.
5. Verify the connection. Save and verify Connected status is shown. Test by syncing a lead from a workflow to confirm it appears in your Bitrix24 CRM.
